My children are my life.  Andrew is 24, Ryan is 21, and Alli is 18.  Alli will be my final High School Graduate this spring.  I told you what she wants for Graduation right?  For her Mom to quit smoking.  She is counting the months for me and brings it up every day.  May 14...I HAVE to be over this horrible habit...for her, and for ME!

We have all had a wonderful life together and I can't believe they've grown up so quickly.  I am looking forward to some day being a Grandma  :)  MAYBE even a GREAt Grandma!  I'd love to stick around for a long time is what I'm saying.  There are so many things I still want to do.  I hate the thought of something, that I can control, like an illness caused by smoking...could ruin all of that for me.

Each day we say "no" to cigarettes, we get healthier!  If you are a smoker, and you try to quit...you WILL notice the difference!  When I made it for 4 days straight...I thought "WOW!  What a sense of smell I have! " Wow!  I didn't wake up this morning, hacking!"  You don't realize ANY of this until the day you decide to quit.

You will fall off the wagon....you'll get back on it again.  Until you are D O N E!  And Alaska's Tobacco Quitline will be by your side every step of the way.

We'll get it done.  If you're trying, or want to try...feel free to message me any time.  I'd like for us to support each other and brag to each other when we get QUIT  :)
