If at first you don't succeed...  TRY!  TRY AGAIN!!!

THAT is what we HAVE to do if we want to be quitters.

I did not succeed in my last attempt to quit it all :(  But, according to the folks at the Alaska Tobacco Quitline...I should not put myself down.  I have to get back into the mindset that I want to be healthier, that smoking is SO bad, and is costing me so much!!!  Then get back on the wagon!

There are a variety of reason we "break".  I think this last issue was a stress thing for me.  But, no excuses...  the folks at the Alaska Tobacco Quitline can get you through stress, a social situation, or other hurdles you might hit as you try to quit.  I need to talk to them about this tress thing.  I have not found the alternative.  So, yea, I need to call them and ask them- "how do I get past that need to smoke when I am stressed out?"

Anyway, thanks for hanging with me.  I'd like to be 100% quit by May of 2013.
