Ok....it's time to spill it.  Throw it all out there!  And get on with the show!

In October...I gave quitting my first try.  I called the Alaska Tobacco Quitline, ordered up my nicotine patches, received lots of great reading material from them...and got my head into the game!

I quit.  For 1 day, 2days, 3 days, and on the 4th day, in the middle of my work day, I ran into a fellow employee/smoker who wanted to chat...outside.  I took just one hit from his cig and the next day 2...and ...blah blah blah!  :(

The Alaska Tobacco Quitline (I called them...and cried)... urged me to get back in the game and try again...it could take a couple of tries!

They say the 1st 3 days are the worst, then it all gets better.  So I am disgusted with myself that after the TOUGHEST days to get through- I broke down!

Tomorrow...  head's in the game.  I'm calling the Quitline today and know they will be there for me 24/7 when I need them.  I'm shooting to get through the next 5 days tobacco free and on the road to being a quitter for the rest of my life!

Tired of waking up coughing and wheezing and feeling ikky all the time?  I actually got to experience some of the "feeling better" aspects of quitting and it was awesome!  I was SO happy!  You don't really know how good you can feel and smell and taqste and walk and talk...until you actually quit puffing on those things!  I want to go back there...  to feeling good and getting on with the long life ahead of me :)

I'll keep you posted!
